COVID-19: Documentos de interés desde su inicio

Este es un espacio multidisciplinar dirigido a profesionales de la salud que luchan cada día contra el COVID-19.

Su objetivo es incorporar de forma regular publicaciones científicas, guías o recomendaciones que puedan ayudar al profesional a conocer mejor la enfermedad, su diagnóstico y su manejo terapéutico.

A pesar de hacer un filtrado previo, queremos poner de manifiesto que en la selección de artículos que incluimos probablemente no todos cuenten con el mismo nivel de calidad. No hay, ni habrá por ejemplo, publicaciones basadas en medicinas alternativas, pero es posible encontrar algunas publicaciones que estén realizadas con grupos pequeños de pacientes, circunstancia justificada por la presión del tiempo para salvar pacientes de compartir con los profesionales los pequeños avances de cada día.

Dejamos a criterio del profesional de la medicina la valoración de estas publicaciones.
